As a Member of Layag Bugsay Dabaw you will become part of the sailing revolution in the Davao Gulf.
Sailing was once an integral part of livelihood around the Davao Gulf, as it was in almost every coastal village and town around the World since the dawn of time. In the 21st century sailing has become one of the most recognizable international water sports and features prominently in the South East Asia Games and the Olympics. In association with the Philippine Sailing Association and the Philippine Sports Commission our aim is to have graduates of the Layag Bugsay Dabaw sailing school become members of the Philippine Olympic Sailing Team.
Our primary objective is for Samal to become one of the leading training centers in the Philippines for young enthusiasts to enter the sport of sailing - for fun and for access to future careers. You becoming a Layag Bugsay Dabaw Member will aid this objective as you share our enthusiasm and participation in our various development projects.
To become a Layag Bugsay Dabaw Member requires an annual Membership Fee of Php5,000.
As a Layag Bugsay Dabaw Member you will receive a 20% discount on all sailing activities.
